It’s very easy to submit your work to Fiction Feedback. Read How to Submit for the details, especially regarding Novel Extracts. See Plays, Poetry and Short Stories for more info on submitting work in those genres. Once you have your work ready for submission, click on the submission form At the end of the form you’ll be asked to attach your document; both are emailed to us. We then send you an electronic invoice, usually
within 24 hours. You pay securely by credit or debit card, or by

Costs The cost of Fiction Feedback is deliberately very kept reasonable, so that many writers can access independent, objective, useful critiques. You choose how many appraisals of your work you would like. Each appraisal is provided by a different reviewer. All the costs shown on this page are for writing submitted digitally, using the Submission Forms on this site. Novels 1 appraisal: £65; 2 appraisals: £85;
3 appraisals: £99;
4 appraisals: £120 For a full novel manuscript of up to 120,000 words: 1 appraisal: £189; 2 appraisals: £299; 3 appraisals: £429; 4 appraisals: £449 Reviews for a full novel are at least three pages in length and the checklist is more detailed. Email us for the cost of reviewing very long novels. Short Stories Between 2,001 and 10,000 words: 1 appraisal £65; 2 appraisals £85; 3 appraisals £99; 4 appraisals £120 Short story appraisals include research where appropriate into your target market, so it’s important you provide details on the Submit form. Mini-fiction Plays 61 to 120 pages: 1 appraisal £99; 2 appraisals £149; 3 appraisals £199; 4 appraisals £249 If your play is longer than this, please email us for a quote.
