We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect
information about you for
two reasons: firstly, to process your enquiry/order and secondly, to provide
you with the best possible service.
We will not pass your details on to any
other organisation, other than to assist in the completion of the job, such
as a delivery address to the Post Office.
The type of information we will temporarily collect about you includes your
name, address, telephone number and email address. We delete all such information
six months after our reviews are complete. (We keep it for six months in
case you should have further questions for us in that time.)
We do not usually contact you
again once the work is complete and payment has been processed. The personal
information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal
security policy and the law. We will not transfer your information outside
the EEA (European Economic Area). If you have any questions or comments about
privacy, please contact us.
Confidentiality
You can also be assured that your work will stay absolutely confidential. Your
work will not be passed onto anyone outside Fiction Feedback and will be
deleted from our files after six months, or earlier if you request. We totally
respect your copyright.
