Writing for children

Publication for two Fiction Feedback customers
First, congratulations to Molly Hopkins, whose hilarious and very engaging debut novel, It Happened in Paris, is now on sale. Published by Sphere, it tells the story of Evie, a madcap heroine who finds herself in charge of a coach tour to Paris. Given that Evie has great difficulty taking charge of anything, from credit cards to her sister’s children, we’re in for a rollercoaster ride…

Congratulations also go to David James, whose novel Confessions of Becky Sharp provides a scintillating, saucy prequel and sequel to William Thackeray’s Vanity Fair. Intrigue, schemes and scandal – it’s a dashing romp, and satisfyingly faithful to the character of Becky Sharp, everyone’s favourite adventuress.

Published by Vanguard Press.
